If you've visited us in Blairsville, Georgia before, you already know Teppanyaki Time has always been about more than lunch and dinner — it's about experience. Now we're excited to add something brand-new to that tradition: a Chinese menu that brings bold, comforting flavors to North Georgia.

This expansion isn't replacing hibachi — it complements it. Think of it as giving you more ways to enjoy the same quality and freshness you already expect from us. Our Chinese dishes aren't pre-made or sitting under heat lamps. Every entrée is prepared to order, with crisp vegetables, freshly cut meats, and sauces made in-house. We wanted the menu to feel familiar while still tasting noticeably better than typical takeout.

You'll immediately recognize some classics — but the difference is in the details:

• Broccoli Stir-fry – Your choice of protein in a savory brown sauce with perfectly cooked broccoli

• Lo Mein – Stir-fried noodles with vegetables and your choice of protein

• Mongolian Stir-fry – Mongolian Beef or choose another protein. Vegetables: onion and green onion. Served with steamed or fried rice.
